How do you test the video that is not completely downloaded? The video works even if downloaded partially? Huh

the video is completely downloaded, i checked it's hash to make sure the file is 100% not corrupt.
to recode partially, you need cut the AVS using the tool like i shown

The only notice-able changes/differences from the normal procedure (guided steps in 1st page) that you modified is by clicking the "audio file (acc)" under Stream Extractor, then selecting "No Audio" under File Indexer. Somehow the video image is finally shown.

it's magic Big Smile now at least I've proven that we can recode HEVC with MeGUI (well can't treat hevc like usual x264 mkv files)
