[Guide] How to create c12 encoding quality. Now with Video Tutorial
(17 May 2019, 04:36 AM)Legendary Aurora Wrote: Updated both x86 and x64 to 2896 + tools in stable channel
- modified Cyber12.ass behavior
- added HBR (High Bitrate) preset to follow Aikatsu! Friends on some certain episodes

i haven't give much thought for appending cyber12.ass into subtitle file while using Handbrake, but it's theoretically possible because Handbrake will respect Format: Layer, Start, End notation regardless on which line is the subtitle

seq '/[Events]/a \/
[Script Info]
ScriptType: v4.00+
WrapStyle: 0
PlayResX: 1280
PlayResY: 720
ScaledBorderAndShadow: yes

this way, entire Cyber12.ass (o ryou could just insert entire file using sed) will appended into file which going to hardsubbed into mp4files. if you managed to do this right before the encoding is starting, it'll work;

[Stage] -> [cache file] -> [extract file] - [!insert_here] -> [first encoding pass begin] -> [cleanup] -> [second encoding pass begin] -> [cleanup] -> [muxing] [End]

weren't this won't be possible if uses handbrake GUI?, have to use full CLI. but imo pre-inserting the Cyber12.ass will be easier in [Stage] process.

it'll be like
[Gather file list/mkv/regex parse]
[ffmpeg: extract subtitle]
[Gather subtitle file list/ass/regex parse]
[sed: append the Cyber12.ass inside *.ass after [Event]+3 line]
[ffmpeg: purge subtitle on file source]
[ffmpeg: mux the new subtitle into file source]
[file integrity check]
[Handbrake begin]

this surely work in bash, what about batch though?
